Click here to read the Diversity Report from the American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT). The Diversity Task Force was chaired by Bernadette Williams-York, Alabama State University Physical Therapy Department Chair

Click here to learn about the ADAPT (ADVANCING DIVERSITY IN PHYSICAL THERAPY) program at the University of Delaware. The program has summer research, mentoring, and gross anatomy instruction to increase success applying to and completing the DPT training program. 

Allied Health Pathways (AHP) is a program designed to narrow the racial and ethnic diversity gaps in allied health professions, particularly physical therapy. AHP provides a support network through partnerships of local community colleges, the University of North Texas, and the UNT Health Science Center.
