AAPT Highlights 2007

Over the past year the AAPT has accomplished a lot.

The three focus areas have included: Communication, Fund Raising and Programming.

Listed below are a few of our activities over the past year:

Video Archived AAPT History Established email database/list serve Developed palm cards to promote & advertise organization Developed post cards to facilitate communication Expanded institutional members and institutional member benefits Initiated regional fund raising campaign Secured grant writer and submitted five grant applications Collaborated with NSAH for combined conference Participated in multiple NSSFNS career fairs for high school Corps & student loan repayment program Developed "Navigation Program"  - guidance and mentorship for physical therapy students and practicing physical therapists in areas of clinical skills aquisition and professional development
